Job Opening – Accountant / Accounts Executive

Position: Accounting & Data Entry Executive / Accountant

Company: Pune Corporate Cars India Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site (Office)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month (approx.)

Role Overview / Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries in Tally & Excel.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor bills, and customer payments.
• Support GST and export documentation entries.
• Follow up on outstanding bill payments with clients via email and phone.
• Handle employee salary calculations and ensure timely payments.
• Generate monthly vendor MIS reports and process vendor payments on time.
• Assist with invoicing, billing coordination, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications / Skills Required

✔ Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)

✔ Proficiency in Tally, Excel, MS Office (VLOOKUP required)

✔ Good attention to detail with basic GST knowledge

✔ 2–3 years of experience mandatory (Freshers are not eligible)
