Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3 years of professional experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements and reports

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations

Handle month-end and year-end closing processes

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy

Support internal and external audits

Maintain proper documentation of financial records

Process payroll and expense reimbursements (if required)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Advanced MS Excel skills

Good understanding of tax laws and compliance requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Preferred Skills:

Experience with GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance (if applicable)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong communication and organizational skills
