Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.

Handle accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Create balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Summarize and analyze financial data to show performance and position.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage payroll processing (wages, deductions, compliance with tax laws).

Collaborate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS and company policies.

Support management with cost-saving and financial efficiency strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce (B.Com), 12th.

1–2 years of proven experience in accounting.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Proficiency in Tally, Vyapar, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills .

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Languages Required: Marathi, Hindi & English (spoken & written).

Work Environment & Timings

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Full-time role with occasional overtime during tax season/audits.

Office-based role in Pune, with collaborative team culture.
