Job Description
- Accounting in Tally- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
- Cash Handling & Reporting- Manage daily cash transactions, ensure accuracy, and prepare cash reports for management review.
- Cash Vouchers Management- Prepare, verify, and record all cash vouchers with proper supporting documents.
- File Maintenance- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records (physical & digital) for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- GST Working & Compliance- Prepare GST calculations, maintain records, and assist in filing returns as per statutory requirements.
- Income Tax & TDS Working- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and assist in compliance with Income Tax regulations.
- Invoice Processing- Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
- Other Responsibilities
- Assisting in audits
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet support)
- Coordination with internal departments
- Any other accounts-related tasks assigned by management
