🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities

Accountant Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and general accounts.
• Prepare trial balances and assist in finalization of accounts.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor bills, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Manage invoices, receipts, and outstanding collections.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.

Banking & Reconciliation

• Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
• Reconcile bank statements with company records.
• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain petty cash register.

Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation for audit purposes.

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support management with data-driven financial insights.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

Team Support

• Work with finance, audit, and operations teams.
• Support seniors during financial audits and compliance checks.
• Provide necessary data for internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles & finance
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and reporting skills
