Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintain vendor and client ledger accounts
- Track receivables and payables
- Assist in GST data preparation
- Support preparation of BOQs and RA (Running Account) bills
- Maintain project-wise costing sheets in Excel
- Track billing milestones and payment follow-ups
- Prepare monthly expense summary and weekly financial updates
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting accuracy
