Job Opening: Accounts Executive / Accounts & Admin (Fresher)Location: Kothrud, Pune

Educational Qualification:
- B.Com
- M.Com
- MBA (Accounts / Finance)
Software Preference:
- ✅ Zoho Books experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (Zoho / Tally)
- 🧾 Accounts Responsibilities:Day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books
- Sales & purchase invoicing
- Bank reconciliation
- Expense tracking
- Basic GST entries & coordination with CA
- 🧑💼 Payroll Responsibilities:Monthly payroll processing
- Attendance coordination & salary calculations
- Payslip generation
- PF, ESIC data preparation & compliance support
- 🏢 Admin Responsibilities:Office admin & vendor coordination
- Record keeping & documentation
- Handling bills, subscriptions & renewals
- Support HR & management with admin tasks
- 🧠 Skills Required:Strong accounting fundamentals
- MS Excel
- Organizational & coordination skills
- Good communication
- Willingness to learn multiple functions
