PROFILE RESPONSIBILITY

1. SMART, Self-decision maker, Well verse with Tally & Accounting Terminology,

2. Debit credit, vouchers entries, salary, PF, other statutory taxes with the help of our CA.

3. He should have own two wheeler with valid driving licence.

4. Ready to go outside for banking, CA work and other at actual requirements.

5. Filling, printing, emails, invoice, challan, e-way bills

6. Office related stationary to be mentioned, other admin to be handled.

7. Good communication skill8. Go getter and confident.

8. Office time 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

9. Weekly OFF SUNDAY

10. Salary as per experience and work ability, Team Work, Ethics and intentions towards company.

OVRALL RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Accounting in Tally & Can Handle Independent Table Work.

2. Review Accounts

3. Bank and Party ledger reconciliation

4. Banking and finance

5. Word, excel & Emailing work

6. Import and Forex Transaction Knowledge, can do Documentation as per Bank Norms.

7. TDS, GST, Eway bill and E-invoicing knowledge

8. Co-ordinate between Sales-Purchase Team and Customer & Suppliers
