Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Description –)**Department:** Accounts & Finance

**Location:** Dhayari, Pune

**Reporting To:** CEO

Role ObjectiveTo lead and manage the company’s accounting, finance, and compliance functions across all units, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting through a system-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities·       Oversee daily accounting operations for all units.

·       Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and yearly books.

·       Manage cash flow, budgeting, and fund utilization.

·       Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC).

·       Coordinate with auditors and finalize annual audits.

·       Prepare MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cost reports for CEO review.

·       Track cost centers and profitability by business unit.

·       Lead, train, and mentor the accounts team across units.

·       Implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

·       Ensure data accuracy and workflow discipline in ERP.

·       Promote digitization in accounting and reporting processes.

Requirements·       B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) with 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing accounts.

·       Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

·       Experience in multi-unit setup and ERP systems.

·       Leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
