Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, Accountant to handle end-to-end accounting operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and accounting software.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting Operations:

• Maintain books of accounts on a daily basis

• Record all financial transactions accurately

• Handle sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries

• Manage cash book and bank book

Billing & Invoicing:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients

• Track receivables and follow up for payments

• Verify vendor bills and process payments

• Maintain proper records of outstanding dues

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Assist management in budgeting and financial planning

Payroll & Records Management:

• Maintain employee expense records

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents
