• Proficiency in Vendor Management, Purchase Order Preparation and update Accounts Payable, and performing reconciliations.
• Assist with reviewing & processing employee expense reimbursements.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Financial data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statements, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments.
• Handling petty cash, and preparing bills and receipts/vouchers.
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
• Thoroughly with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz TDS, GST, etc.
• Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, GST Returns, Professional tax returns, and GST input reconciliation.
• Well-versed with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
