Accountant Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reconciliation Executive to manage and monitor financial reconciliations. The candidate will be responsible for verifying transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy between internal records and bank/vendor statements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies.

* Reconcile vendor, customer, and ledger accounts.

* Verify financial data by comparing internal records with external statements.

* Identify, investigate, and resolve mismatches in transactions.

* Maintain accurate records of reconciliations and adjustments.

* Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for issue resolution.

* Track pending discrepancies and ensure timely closure.

* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Prepare reconciliation reports and summaries for management.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

* Basic to good knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Familiarity with bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

* Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance

* 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation/accounts preferred
