Job Description

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum qualification: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce).
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally.
  • Sound understanding of Accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (including formulas, reports, and data analysis).
  • Well-versed in Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax basics) and applicable statutory laws.
  • Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.


  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including billing and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support in Income Tax computations, audits, and assessments.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial laws.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control activities.
