Accounts Executive

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Book supplier bills PBNs (farmers, transporters, packaging material vendors)
• Generate and send invoices to customers (wholesalers, retailers, online platforms)
• Track collections and follow up for payments
• Reconcile customer/vendor ledgers regularl
• 2 Cash & Bank Management
• Maintain daily cash flow statements
• Monitor bank transactions and perform reconciliations
• Deposit/withdraw cash as needed for operations (e.g.market purchases)

3 Inventory & Cost Accounting

• Assist in recording daily inward and outward movement of produce
• Track wastage, shrinkage, and cost per unit
• Support team in stock valuation for accounting purposes

4 GST and Tax Compliance

• Maintain proper GST documentation
• Support monthly GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• TDS compliance and reconciliation

5 Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain organized records of bills, invoices, receipts, and agreements
• Assist in preparing financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
• Support audits and internal checks

6 Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams for billing and inventory accuracy

Liaise with CA or external consultants for filings and compliance
