Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will handle daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination in to company and outlet branches. The role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain GST & TDS reports & Pay Taxation for all Branches from H/O.
• Prepare daily and monthly outlet-wise P&L statements.
• Support audit activities with the Accounts Team and CA.
• Manage debtors/creditors ledgers and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Handle supplier payments with related documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations for all accounts.
• Reconcile online income streams (Swiggy, Zomato, Dineout, BharatPe, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide daily reporting to the Accounts Head.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must Have Above 2 Years’ Experience of Working In an Accounting Firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting Compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel Is A Must.
• Excellent accuracy, analytical skills, and time management.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a team with team spirit.
