Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in GST compliance, e-way bill management, and accounting operations. The candidate should be proficient in Tally and capable of handling day-to-day financial transactions, statutory compliance, and reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and within deadlines
• Ensure GST compliance, including reconciliation, input credit tracking, and audit support
• Generate and manage E-way bills as per regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for compliance and reporting
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Strong working knowledge of GST laws and compliance procedures
• Hands-on experience with Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)
• Familiarity with E-way bill portal and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting
• Good understanding of accounting principles and standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing/trading industry (if relevant to your business)
• Knowledge of other compliance areas (TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
