Accounts Executive

·        Required atleast 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing industry. Experience in RMC industry would be preferred.

·        Required a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. Candidate must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.

·        Tally data entry including sales , purchase , receipts , payments , bank reconciliation statement & preparation of debitors / creditors statements

·        Receiving & processing all invoices , expense forms & request for payments

·        Handling petty cash , preparing bills & receipts

·        Maintain accounting records , making copies , filing documents etc.

·        Ensuring accurate billing & timely collection of all amounts

·        Processes all financial documents related to transportation functions

·        Maintain inventory records

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

·        Discretion with personal and confidential information.

·        Self-motivated and have ability to solve problems as they arise.

·        Leadership qualities and ensuring teamwork amongst all employees.

·        Compliance with all legal rules and laws related to statuatory compliances.

Effective utilization of Excel& ERP.
