Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Analyst

Location: Pune

Experience Required: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections.

• Follow up on delinquent accounts by coordinating with customers, Sales, or Customer Service teams to ensure timely payments and dispute resolution.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve issues causing deductions.

• Maintain best practices in effectiveness, quality delivery, and efficiency while adhering to a strong internal control framework.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve financial discrepancies.

• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including aging reports and outstanding receivables analysis.

• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial data in Tally 9 and other accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
