IT Admin Assistant (Office Support – Lifting & Shifting)

Job Description

We are hiring IT Admin Assistants to support day-to-day IT office activities inside a corporate office environment.

Main Work:

• Lifting and moving IT items such as laptops, monitors, CPUs, keyboards, cables, etc.
• Shifting IT equipment within office buildings (floor-to-floor / room-to-room)
• Helping with desk setup and desk removal
• Placing monitors, laptops, docking stations, accessories
• Packing and unpacking IT items during office moves or refresh activities
• Collecting IT items from office floors and placing them in designated IT rooms
• Keeping IT rooms, desks, and bins clean and organized
• Supporting IT team during deployment, replacement, and collection of equipment
• Carrying and handling basic documents like gate pass and delivery slips (as guided)

Who Can Apply:

• 12th Pass / PUC mandatory
• Basic English communication required (to understand instructions and speak with supervisors)
• Physically fit for lifting and shifting work
• Comfortable working in a corporate office environment
• Able to follow instructions, safety rules, and supervision
• Experience as office helper / IT helper / admin support / facilities helper is an advantage

• No technical or computer knowledge required
• All work will be done under supervision
• Uniform and ID badge must be worn at work
• Must follow office security and conduct rules
