Job Description
Admin & Operations Associate for Pune
We are looking for a self-motivated, smart and well-spoken candidate with excellent
administrative, prioritization and coordination skills to join our team. The candidate
will be responsible for managing end to end Admin and operations activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform all the backend and coordination activities.
• Perform all administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
• Preparation and submission of all required paperwork.
• Ensuring that ERP is updated with the daily operations data.
• Perform clerical and accounting duties.
• Manage and execute orders from existing and new vendors.
• Assist in HR activities.
QUALIFICATION, EXPEREINCE & SKILLS: -
• Any Bachelor Degree (Degree in Business Administration Preferred)
• 1- 3 years of experience in Admin/ Operations.
• Retail/FMCG industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Good Knowledge and hand on MS Office, Google sheets.
• Problem Solving approach.
• Good oral and verbal communication skills
