Admissions Counsellor – WELS School, Handewadi (Pune)We are looking for a confident and driven Admissions Counsellor (Female) to join our team at WELS School, Handewadi. • Key Responsibilities
• Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
• Guide parents and students about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and offerings
• Conduct school tours and explain key highlights effectively
• Follow up with prospective parents to support the admission process
• Maintain records of enquiries and admissions
• Work towards achieving monthly admission targets
• Support admission events and promotional activities
• Requirements
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of the education sector and school admission processes
• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
• Ability to build trust with parents and handle queries confidently
• Organized and proactive in follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Fixed salary (based on experience)
• Attractive performance-based incentives up to ₹30,000 per month
