Location: Pune – Pimpri Chinchwad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and student- focused Admission Counsellor to join our team in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, counselling them on courses, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead conversion
• Assist students with application forms and documentation
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/data systems
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
• Participate in admission drives, seminars, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, or student handling
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
