Urgent Job Opening: Admission Counsellor– Yashwant Classes, Pune

Yashwant Classes, one of Pune’s most trusted and oldest coaching institutes with a legacy of 30 years, is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor for its Undri & Balaji Nagar branch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide students and parents regarding academic courses and career options.
• Handle telephonic inquiries and follow up with potential students.
• Maintain and update student records using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other software.
• Assist in admission processes and ensure smooth communication with students and parents.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills while working with the team.
• Meet admission targets through effective counseling and telecalling.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in counselling or telecalling.
• Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is a must.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Technical Skills: Must be proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and relevant software.
• Location: Candidate should reside within a 3 to 5 km radius of Undri & Balaji Nagar, Pune.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Application Process:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
