- We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about our courses, guide prospective students, and convert inquiries into admissions.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive tone, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Follow up with potential students via calls and emails to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain a database of leads and update the CRM system regularly.
- Understand the academic needs of students and suggest suitable courses.
- Address queries regarding exam patterns, syllabus, and career opportunities.
