Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student and parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, digital leads, school references).
  • Provide academic counselling to parents and students regarding JEE/NEET programs, integrated school models, fee structures, and admission processes.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by effective follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate admission records, enquiry data, MIS reports, and daily conversion tracking.
  • Coordinate with academic teams, faculty, school administration, and management to ensure smooth admissions and onboarding.
  • Explain course structure, batch allocation, schedules, and policies clearly to parents.
  • Support fee collection coordination with the accounts team and ensure proper documentation.
  • Participate in admission drives, seminars, school events, and promotional activities in and around Hadapsar.
  • Promote RAO IIT MEDICAL programs through local marketing, referrals, and social media support.
  • Ensure parent satisfaction, address concerns professionally, and minimize grievances.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as assigned by management.
  • Eligibility & SkillsGraduate / Postgraduate (any stream; Education / Sales background preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, or EdTech (JEE/NEET coaching experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Ability to understand academic programs and competitive exam structures.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic MIS reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working Days & TimingsMonday to Saturday
  • Timings as per centre operations (flexibility required during admission season)
