Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, handling business communication, and fulfilling admission-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for business growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions
• Maintain effective communication with prospective students/customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
• Required SkillsStrong new business development and lead generation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales (preferred)
• Graduation in any discipline
• Inside sales role only (No field work required)

Compensation

• Salary: INR 35,000 – 40,000 per month
• Salary will depend on experience and last six months’ salary drawn
