Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Company Counsellor who can guide students, understand their requirements, and help them choose the right career, course. The counsellor will be responsible for counselling, follow-ups, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings

• Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable courses / programs

• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally

• Maintain proper CRM & data records

• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions

• Explain company services, fees, eligibility & benefits clearly

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation & onboarding

• Achieve monthly targets and maintain conversion ratio

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi / Regional language)

• Convincing & counselling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

• Positive attitude & target-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle pressure & deadlines

• UG/Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream)

• Freshers with good communication can apply
