Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Advocate with 2–3 years of experience working specifically with a Construction Company. The candidate should have strong expertise in construction contracts, real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute handling related to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting construction contracts, EPC agreements, subcontractor agreements, vendor agreements, and MOUs.
• Handling legal documentation related to land acquisition, project approvals, and statutory compliances.
• Managing contract negotiations with contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ensuring compliance with RERA, local municipal laws, and other construction-related regulations.
• Conducting title verification and property due diligence.
• Handling legal notices, arbitration matters, and court cases related to construction disputes.
• Coordinating with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Advising management on legal risks, contract management, and dispute resolution.
• Maintaining proper documentation and legal records for all projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Construction Laws, Real Estate Laws, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, and RERA.
• Experience in handling construction project agreements and compliance matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
