Qualifications:

• LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) degree OR higher
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India and eligible to practice law.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, including expertise in drafting, documentation, and liaisoning.
•  Strong understanding of Real Estate Law, legal compliance related to real estate, land acquisition, and government regulations.

What You’ll Do:

• Liaisoning: Skillfully manage and navigate regulatory approvals and maintain relationships with government authorities to facilitate project development.
• Drafting & Documentation: Draft and review legal documents, agreements, contracts, MoUs, and other real estate-related legal paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal processes related to land acquisition, title clearance, and project approvals comply with real estate laws and regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Actively provide legal counsel and solutions to complex issues and work collaboratively with our project teams.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Leverage your excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, external counsel, and regulatory bodies.
