Agronomist – Hydroponics & Polyhouse

Job Summary

We’re hiring a motivated Agronomist with 2–4 years of experience in hydroponics and controlled environment agriculture (CEA) for high-value exotic vegetables. The role focuses on crop monitoring, nutrient solution management, and polyhouse farm execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cultivation cycles of hydroponic vegetables (capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes, etc.).
• Prepare and manage nutrient solutions, adjusting recipes for each stage.
• Monitor EC, pH levels, temperature, humidity, light and water in the growing system.
• Conduct crop health assessments and recommend corrective measures.
• Maintain detailed records of plant performance, inputs, and yields.
• Train junior technicians on hydroponic best practices. 

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience with hydroponic systems and greenhouse/polyhouse farming.
• Practical familiarity with nutrient management, pest monitoring, and climate control.
• Good observation, documentation, and communication skills.
