Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy, AI-first Sales & Growth Associate who can combine customer communication, CRM discipline, social media engagement, and automation tools to improve our sales efficiency.


This is NOT a traditional calling job. This role requires someone who actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, automation tools), understands social media, and can help streamline and improve our sales and marketing processes.


Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Customer Engagement

  • Use AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) to draft high-quality, professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure every inquiry is responded to within defined SLA timelines.
  • Personalize AI responses based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain consistency in communication tone and format.

2. CRM & Sales Automation

  • Manage and update Zoho CRM accurately (leads, follow-ups, notes).
  • Ensure no inquiry is left unattended.
  • Identify gaps in CRM workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Support automation of repetitive tasks (email drafts, follow-ups, categorization).

3. Social Media & Digital Engagement

  • Monitor inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART, website forms, email, and social channels.
  • Use customer insights to suggest new content ideas (blogs, YouTube videos, FAQs).
  • Assist in improving product pages and content visibility.

4. Sales Process Optimization

  • Analyze inquiry patterns and response performance.
  • Help build standard response templates.
  • Support building dashboards to track response time, conversion, and engagement.
  • Proactively suggest improvements in the sales and response workflow.

5. Customer Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp).
  • Qualify leads and escalate high-potential inquiries to senior sales team.
  • Maintain professional, structured communication at all times.


Required Skills

  • Strong written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT / Gemini) daily
  • Good understanding of CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
  • Strong typing and email drafting skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Basic understanding of social media and digital content

Eligibility

Education: Graduate (Engineering / BSc / BCA preferred) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong AI + digital skills welcome) Languages: Fluent English required; Hindi & Marathi preferred
