Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, HR-Operations
You will be responsible to be an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.


Responsibilities
•    Leading HR Services team (~10 members) responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes
•    Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes
•    Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas
•    Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with different process owners & stakeholders
•    Work closely with the overall process lead to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India
•    Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis
•    Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and manage client stakeholders


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s or equivalent education
•    Experience in HR shared services/Operations
•    Experience in Workday or similar HCM
•    Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes
•    Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
•    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
•    Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    MBA/External Certifications from recognised institutes is an advantage
•    Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
•    Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
•    Ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” - Strategic, operational, and tactical
