Job Description

The Non-Voice Estimator plays an entry level role in the claims process by leveraging organizational skills, clerical skills, and written communication to assist in the preparation of estimates and provide support for claim resolution. This role is to provide support to the claims estimator team by leveraging methods of non verbal communication between customers and performing documentation and support for the upper levels.

Key Responsibilities

Support operational tasks related to mail, document, and file management

Assist in basic communication with regulatory agencies and vendors as directed

Completes all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, & routes them to the appropriate parties

Continuous Learning: Stay current with system updates, process changes, and industry practices to maintain technical proficiency

Estimate Preparation: Review claim files, images, and supporting documents to create precise and timely repair/replacement estimates

Process Adherence: Follow defined workflows, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks to maintain consistency and accuracy

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Required)

Experience

0-2 years experience (Preferred)
