Summary:
Key Responsibilities
Client & Solution Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Financials (Cloud or E-Business Suite) implementations and enhancements across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
Serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME), translating client business needs into Oracle configurations and process solutions.
Conduct workshops and design sessions to define business requirements and align Oracle capabilities with client objectives.
Provide leadership in Oracle Financials Cloud solutioning, including Accounting Hub (FAH), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
Ensure all solutions adhere to Accenture delivery standards, Oracle best practices, and financial compliance (GAAP, IFRS, SOX).
Domain Knowledge – Finance & Accounting
Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Expertise in financial close, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting.
Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Familiarity with finance operating models, shared services, and global finance transformation initiatives.
Ability to analyze and recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls leveraging Oracle functionality.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional project teams, including finance stakeholders, IT developers, and offshore delivery centers.
Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior consultants and client teams.
Partner with Accenture sales and solution architects to support Oracle practice growth through proposal development and client presentations.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation using RPA, AI, and analytics within Oracle Financials Cloud.
Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and new feature releases assess their impact on client environments.
Contribute to Accenture s Oracle community by sharing lessons learned, reusable assets, and best practices.
