Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the software environment, and providing support to users as needed. Your role will require a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions to enhance system performance. - Provide training and support to team members and end-users to ensure effective use of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cucumber (Software). - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
