Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role will require you to utilize your exceptional communication skills to address client issues effectively, leveraging your deep product knowledge to design and implement appropriate resolutions. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
- Document and track client interactions and resolutions to enhance service quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
