Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Compensation with Fast Formula professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing Oracle HCM Compensation modules, utilizing Fast Formula to optimize business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM, with a particular focus on the Compensation module, and the ability to develop and implement Fast Formulas to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules.
• Develop and modify Fast Formulas as per business requirements.
• Manage data migration using HDL.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Compensation Management.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• Experience in Compensation Management
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Required Experience
