Job Description
Operational Oversight Across Outlets
• Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned stores.
• Ensure each store follows standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor store performance, sales, quality, and customer service standards.
• Visit stores regularly to check on cleanliness, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.

2️⃣ Team Management & Training
• Directly manage and support Store Managers.
• Ensure proper staffing levels across stores.
• Organize training programs for store managers and their teams.
• Act as a bridge between upper management and store teams, ensuring smooth communication.

3️⃣ Sales & Performance Monitoring
• Set sales targets for each store and monitor achievement.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Identify low-performing stores and work on strategies for improvement.
• Implement sales campaigns, offers, or promotional activities across stores.

4️⃣ Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
• Ensure all stores have adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and pilferage across stores.
• Coordinate with central kitchen or suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries.

5️⃣ Compliance & Standards Enforcement
• Ensure all stores comply with company policies, hygiene standards, and legal regulations (FSSAI, labor laws, etc.).
• Conduct random audits to check hygiene, safety, and financial compliance.
• Handle complaints, escalations, and store-level conflicts.

6️⃣ Cost Control & Budget Management
• Ensure cost controls are in place across stores (raw materials, staffing, utilities).
• Monitor store-level budgets and ensure profitability.
• Suggest cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

7️⃣ Customer Experience Management
• Ensure consistent customer service standards across stores.
• Monitor customer feedback and online reviews.
• Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

8️⃣ Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
• Provide feedback to management on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Keep records of store audits, team evaluations, and training sessions.

9️⃣ New Store Launch & Expansion Support
• Assist in setting up new outlets, from layout to recruitment to initial operations.
• Ensure new stores are trained and aligned with the company’s vision and SOPs.

🔟 Crisis Handling
• Act as the first point of contact for emergencies (operational, staffing, customer-related issues).
• Implement quick solutions to resolve store-level crises.
• Coordinate with other departments (HR, Accounts, etc.) for any inter-department issues.
