Hiring: Sales Executive and Team Lead
Prime Homes Realtors, Pune
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and guide our sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Train new associates
• Support team in deal closures
• Track performance and share reports
• Handle client escalations
• Ensure process compliance
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of real estate sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of team handling or senior role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
