Job Description
- Daily Market Visits to nearby shops in the assigned territory
- Sell Company Snack Products to retailers and shopkeepers
- Order Booking from existing shops and timely intimation to office/distributor
- New Shop Acquisition and expansion of customer base
- Product Display & Shelf Visibility management at retail outlets
- Relationship Management with shop owners through polite and professional communication
- Delivery Coordination with distributor and office for timely supply
- Payment Collection as per company policy
- Market & Competitor Monitoring and sharing feedback with management
- Daily Sales Reporting submission to the manager
- Secondary Sales through distributors
- Target Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals
