Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage potential customers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available properties and convert them into buyers.

● Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property options, and encourage on-site visits.

● Negotiate deals between clients, ensuring a win-win agreement.

● Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and generating referral business.

● Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to offer a complete home-buying experience.

● Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

● Stay updated on market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand.
