Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and data generation targets.

• Develop new channel partners and manage existing DSAs for improved performance.

• Ensure partner compliance with MHRIL policies.

• Generate regular productivity reports and maintain MIS.

• Prepare budgets and achieve financial targets.

• Explore new opportunities while strengthening existing ones.

• Recruit and select DSA manpower; train and lead channel sales force and sales representatives.

• Provide market information (competition, potential, and market data).

• Define revenue/sales targets for assigned partners.

• Conduct quarterly productivity reviews and drive growth.

• Maintain MIS for channel market.

• Focus on horizontal and vertical growth (recruiting new DSAs, opening new markets, and developing existing ones).

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with experience handling teams of executives, DSAs, channel partners, or agents.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

• Strong knowledge of the local market and local language.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective leadership in cross-functional team management.

• Skilled in planning, budgeting, and churn management.
