Job Description:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Back Office for our banking verification operations. The role involves preparing and finalising customer verification reports received from field staff and coordinating with banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing customer verification reports in bank formats

• Matching salary credits with bank statements

• ITR and document verification

• Email drafting and coordination with banks

• Data entry and MIS maintenance

• Checking report accuracy before submission

• Coordinating with field executives

• Maintaining confidentiality of customer data

Required Skills:

✔ Excellent English (Reading & Writing)

✔ Fast and accurate typing

✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel

✔ Good computer and internet knowledge

✔ Email handling and documentation

✔ Attention to detail

✔ Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Background:

• Back office / Banking / BPO / Documentation / Verification experience preferred

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

Working Hours: Full-time

Gender: Any

Experience: Preferred but not mandatory
