What you’ll do

  • Oversee the operational functionality, safety, and efficiency of Pune office facilities and infrastructure.
  • Ensure a seamless workplace experience by proactively managing building operations, maintenance, and space utilization.
  • Coordinate within BUs, attending to their administrative queries and providing necessary support to facilitate executive functions.
  • Conduct employee induction sessions focused on facilities protocols, administrative procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Manage the arrangements for company client and STL visits, meetings, and internal functions.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance activities to ensure zero safety incidents and full regulatory compliance.
  • Administer Corporate Mobile SIM card allocation to approved employees, billing and deactivation.
  • Participate in planning and execution of all company events, and internal/outdoor functions.

What experience you need

  • Need 5 to 6 years of Admin experience in facilities, procurement and Travel management
