Assistant Manager - Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CA candidate with a keen understanding of global taxation principles to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing international tax compliance, advisory, and planning for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of international tax filings and documentation.
  • Conduct research on global tax laws, treaties, and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • Support tax planning and advisory activities related to cross-border transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of international tax assignments.
  • Keep abreast of updates in global taxation laws and regulations and communicate implications to the team.
  • Assist in audits and discussions with tax authorities on international tax matters.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and summaries for client presentations and internal review.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in global or international taxation.
  • Strong understanding of transfer pricing, double taxation avoidance agreements (DTAAs), and international tax compliance.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of tax software and MS Excel.
  • Experience working with clients across multiple countries.
