Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Order Management! 

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for managing daily sales orders with precision ensuring accurate pricing, efficient allocation, and timely delivery to achieve revenue goals.   

Responsibilities 

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Associates and Senior Associates. 

• Ensure accuracy in sales orders, validate pricing, and meet SLA commitments. 

• Approve high-value orders, special discounts, and delivery timelines. 

• Handle escalations from Sales teams and key customers promptly. 

• Drive performance across KPIs: Sales Fulfillment %, Order Accuracy %, and Delay %. 

• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align priorities. 

• Prepare and publish weekly and monthly fulfillment reports with actionable insights. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. 

• SAP SD: Advanced expertise in pricing, taxation, and customer master. 

• Excel: Advanced functions for data analysis and reporting. 

• Power BI: Dashboard creation and analytics. 

• Strong understanding of Sales, Logistics, and Inventory processes. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• MBA/Post-graduation preferred. 

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities. 

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 

• Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
