Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1, and Tier-2 customers
• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Production, Quality) for project execution
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
• Travel to customer sites for meetings, business development, and relationship management

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (Automotive Industry preferred)
• Strong technical understanding of automotive components/systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively
