Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming food, beverages, and other inventory items.
  • Ensure all stock is stored properly, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using inventory management software.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and F&B departments for timely issuance of ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in preparing purchase requisitions to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
  • Check expiry dates and ensure proper rotation of perishable items
  • Follow standard operating procedures and comply with HACCP guidelines.
  • Assist in monthly and annual inventory audits.
