Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help manage daily store operations.

The candidate will support the Store Manager and ensure smooth running of the ice cream shop.

Help in opening and closing the store

Support the Store Manager in daily operations

Manage staff shifts and attendance

Handle customers and resolve complaints politely

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the store

Monitor stock and inform manager for reordering

Handle billing, cash, and POS system

Ensure company rules and procedures are followed

Skills Required:

• Honest and responsible

Candidates with QSR experience will be preferred.
