Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Engineering Director!

In this role, candidate will be r esponsible for planning, designing and overseeing projects – more from an engineering perspective (with a focus on data/analytics/reporting) – should have experience managing and leading engineering teams.


· Leading and mentoring a team of highly skilled engineers to deliver high-quality software solution

· Technical Thought leadership (right design, operational excellence

· Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

· Hands on Technical Acumen (SQL/NoSQL/Programming Skills/Data viz tools/Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) – strong technical background – a doer as well as a leader

· Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

· Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and plan engineering projects and releases based on business priorities and customer feedback.

· Champion best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies, code quality standards, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.

· Ensure that engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing risks and dependencies.

· Collaborate with technical architects and senior engineers to design scalable, maintainable, and extensible software solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· Relevant years of experience required.

· Proven experience in software engineering, with a track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.

· Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

· Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
